Milwaukee County has request for CAP FUND to pay for new doors at Currie Golf Course. Motion made, seconded and carried to respectfully deny the request.
Due to the construction situation surrounding Milw. Conty. Parks Administration building, future MCPLA meetings will be held at Currie GC beginning with the May 6, 2014 meeting.
Additional business presented for discussion. Possible CAP FUND expenditures: Tee-Time clocks for MCPLA courses on 1st/10th tees with MCPLA advertisement. Scholarships for young course superintendents. Scholarships for young golf professionals. In addition to the previous questions raised relative to the Currie (door) request, would Milwaukee County match funds for scholarships/
